10 life changing weekends!
Times:

Sundays 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
Who is it for?
Those that want to begin to teach or already teach Vinyasa based yoga and/or those who are just wanting to deepen their practice. YTT is a transformative experience. You will begin to touch the truest parts of your nature and will gain a greater knowledge of not just the physical postures of yoga, but its other depths as well.
Why Kalea YTT? 4 reasons!
Reason #1 - Taught by the best in the business.
The amazing yoga leaders of this program are intent on bringing you a “YTT program they wish they would have received”
Kaetlyn Springer, the program director and lead instructor, holds a Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy, has completed nearly 1500 hours of training in yoga, has additional certifications in personal training, kickboxing, pelvic floor health, owns her own integrative wellness-based business, and will be part of a team presenting at the Symposium of Yoga Research this fall!
Kaetlyn has designed the curriculum to emphasize functional movement which aligns with modern kinesiological understandings and goes beyond outdated yoga alignment cues. The curriculum emphasizes safe alignment and how to modify basic yoga postures with universal alignment principles that can be applied practically to any other posture.
Along with Kaetlyn, our other supporting instructors will bring their expertise and years of experience to the various modules.
Our staff bring not only their training and knowledge of Vinyasa to the table, but their strength and knowledge of Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, Iyengar-based Hatha, traditional Hot yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, adaptive and chair yoga, trauma-informed yoga, pre- and postnatal yoga, rasa yoga, Mythic Yoga Flow, YoMassage, Energy Medicine Yoga, and yoga therapy.
Reason #2 Our program is as comprehensive and diverse as yoga is in itself.
(see the course overview in detail below.)
Reason #3 You will be ready to teach immediately following graduation.
Upon completion you will be skilled, confident and qualified to teach a full yoga class if that is your desire (no internship required). Within the solid framework for teaching, our program allows you to teach an expression and sequence that is true to who YOU are and not merely a one size fits all class. You will receive comprehensive sequencing knowledge to be able to adapt to all ability levels and all types of classes.
Reason #4 Community support
Not only will you grow close with your YTT classmates, the Kalea yoga community is also ready to support you in this journey! We will also assign you a mentor throughout the program that will be a support to you the entire way!
You will also receive a FREE membership at Kalea Yoga and Kineo Fit to enjoy during the YTT program (a $600 value!)
